NSW public schools offer special religious education and special education in ethics, delivered by approved providers wherever available.
At Telarah Public School we offer our students a Combined Group Arrangement - Combined Christian with DOE Approved Providers Maitland Evangelical Church.
All SRE teachers are authorised to teach according to the NSW Department of Education guidelines. The curriculum followed across Maitland is the new Green God Space Manual, which has been updated, reviewed and launched this year.

Complete this form if you wish to enrol or withdraw your child from special religious education, sometimes known as scripture. Students will continue the same arrangement as the previous year, unless a parent/carer has requested a change in writing.
