Effective communication is essential in establishing positive home school partnerships. At Telarah Public School we strive to enhance the educational experience for all students by having clear communication channels with parents and carers to best support the school community.
All members of the school community are expected to communicate in a respectful and polite manner.

School Bytes School Bytes Parent Portal is our main platform for communication between the school and our families. Permission notes, Payments, Attendance, Student Plans, Student Reports and various forms are accessed on the platform. Information is provided to families via the dashboard, emails and SMS. Notifications should be turned on to ensure all communicaiton is recieved. Facebook is used to share information with the community about our students and school. School celebrations, events, successes, learning and reminders are shared publicly via Facebook. Phone call Teachers and Admin staff will call you directly for any prompt communication that needs to be shared in a timely manner.

School Email Email the school with any questions or concerns with "Att (Staff Members Name)". So it can be forwarded on. Please refrain from emailing teachers directly. Phone call For urgent or pressing matters, please call the Admin office directly to assist you with your situation. Interview/Meeting A parent or carer can request to speak with a teacher anytime throughout the year by phoning or emailing to organise a suitable time. |
